Traveling Again.....

Tomorrow we'll be heading out for another trip. I added up the other day and I've packed suitcases about 12 times already this year - lots of travel! Which is fine with me..... I love to travel. However, I have noticed that I seem to be getting better at packing just what I need instead of lots of stuff I might use, and then never actually do. :)
This time we're heading to Ohio for the Passion4Christ summit that we attended last year. So enjoyable. This year I'll be on staff as the "official" photographer. So this time I'll be working.... and I'm looking forward to it. I'm sure we'll have lots to post (and plenty of pictures!) when we return.

The Broadcast

Thank-you for all your prayers! Our broadcast went well today - very exciting and enjoyable. Our good friend Mark sent us some screen captures from the program. We had a few people call in, but honestly we may never know this side of heaven what the full extent of our day's work accomplished. We trust Him for the results. Again, thank you all for your prayers and support.

An Amazing Opportunity

This week we have an opportunity that I never dreamed we would have. Two of my sisters and I will be broadcasting live into Iran with the message of Jesus Christ. There will be an estimated 6 million viewers and they will have the opportunity to call in and speak with us. We will be sharing our testimonies and singing a song. It is an awesome responsibility and we need all of your prayers. We will be broadcasting live on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. CST. We have a website link where you can watch if you wish - inbox or message me for details. We so covet your prayers - please lift us continually before the throne.

Abel & Rachel - Sunset Wedding

Just a little over a month ago I booked this wedding - only three weeks before the wedding date itself. It was whirlwind, but so beautiful. This wedding was a blast to photograph - I so enjoyed getting to meet the Bride and Groom and work with them. Abel is from Colombia and Rachel met him when she went on a mission trip two and a half years ago. And the rest is history....

The wedding was held in the backyard of a close friend of the Bride's family - a lovely location for a wedding. The groom arrived first and we began with him and his groomsmen.

While I was working with the guys, the bride arrived.........

Abel and Rachel opted for a First Look - they were so sweet!

The ceremony was beautiful with the sun sinking lower and creating some gorgeous lighting....

When the sun began to set, I took the couple off to get some pictures together. I loved working with this couple - they are so sweet - so happy to be together. A photographer's dream. :)
