Portraits: Abby

On to more pictures from a recent shoot: Abby attends our church & we've known her family for several years now. She actually looks as though she could be younger sister to Juanita, even though they're not related. (I did have them play sisters in our Christmas Play last year) :) Abby is so funny in the way she states things just as she sees them. She also has a very sensitive side - making sure everyone feels included and at home. She is a great asset to our group. She & her cousin Sarah are best friends, and so funny together. Oh, and I love her freckles.

Portraits: Juanita

     Continuing our photo shoot with the girls. Today we're highlighting Juanita. We met her several years ago when she moved in just down from our church & started attending. She's grown up so much since then, it's a little sad just thinking about how little she used to be! Growing now into a lovely young lady who loves the Lord, it's a pleasure to teach her.
     Juanita's eyes are so beautiful. I really love some of the last ones I captured of her - her eyes sparkle so clear. Juanita is a thinker, she ponders & takes to heart the things she hears & learns. I think her eyes express this. They do say that our eyes are the windows to our soul....
