Event Photography: Passion4Christ 2014

We had a great time covering the P4C event for 2014. Meeting at the Pleasant Hill Outdoor Camp (nestled deep in the beauty of Ohio) over five days, we made new friends, reunited with old ones, and above all, took lots of pictures! I found myself so busy capturing moments, as well as trying to post photo updates on social media and prepare a slideshow for Saturday evening. However, I still found time for attending sessions, great conversations, and a little volleyball.
From the opening meal to the Christmas Photo Booth, from the thought-provoking community groups to the elegant masquerade, from the awesome corporate singing (I found myself moved to tears on more than one occasion) to the volleyball tournament, from the outdoor walks and constructive talks to the campfire singing - it was such a great experience. These are a few of my favorites from the week......

Traveling Again.....

Tomorrow we'll be heading out for another trip. I added up the other day and I've packed suitcases about 12 times already this year - lots of travel! Which is fine with me..... I love to travel. However, I have noticed that I seem to be getting better at packing just what I need instead of lots of stuff I might use, and then never actually do. :)
This time we're heading to Ohio for the Passion4Christ summit that we attended last year. So enjoyable. This year I'll be on staff as the "official" photographer. So this time I'll be working.... and I'm looking forward to it. I'm sure we'll have lots to post (and plenty of pictures!) when we return.

The Broadcast

Thank-you for all your prayers! Our broadcast went well today - very exciting and enjoyable. Our good friend Mark sent us some screen captures from the program. We had a few people call in, but honestly we may never know this side of heaven what the full extent of our day's work accomplished. We trust Him for the results. Again, thank you all for your prayers and support.
